Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All sales are final. In an instance where the item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your items. In order for a refund I would need pictures of the damage and pictures of the box it came in. Returns are only accepted in the event the original design sent is damaged in shipping in which an exchange can be made for another of equal value. Item must be in original condition (besides the damage done by shipping) and include all the materials and parts that were sent originally.
For items with "free shipping" a restocking charge will be assessed based on the value of the item.
Any custom order will need to be paid in full before the design can be started. Once the design is started it can take up to 2 weeks to complete it depending on the time frame in receiving the supplies to make the custom design. Once the design is completed a picture will be sent to the customer for final approval before the item is shipped out. If you need a rush on a custom design a $30 rush fee will be assessed to the total cost of the design.
All items are shipped either UPS. I will not use FedEx as part of the shipping carriers. If purchasing more than one wreath each one will have it's own shipping fee since I cannot combine them in one box. They need to be in their own box to keep them looking their best and to keep them from getting damaged. Each wreath design is zip tied to the box so it does not move during shipping.
Please double check your information before purchasing. If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address you must pay to have the item shipped again to you.

All of my wreaths are suitable to be displayed outside, however they should be on a porch with some kind of overhang so they are out of the weather. Direct sun exposure may fade the colors after time.
